I did everything society told me to do. I lived the life I envisioned and still, deep down inside, I was not satisfied. I always felt that there was something missing. I went in search of it, spent years healing myself, and now I remain grounded and I live a conscious lifestyle.

 

I no longer get overwhelmed, anxious or fearful. (I have 4 children that I am raising, and that alone can be very overwhelming and stressful.) Please understand my life definitely used to be very overwhelming and stressful, but not anymore. I've learned how to live a more balanced life where I can give my children the attention they need, without compromising my own needs.

Yes! Tracie offers a complementary 20 min call for potential clients. If you would like to set up a call, let us know in the intake form. On the call we will discuss any questions that you may have about Mindfulness Coaching, and what to expect if we should proceed together.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND THERAPY?

Coaching is a process that  focuses on the here and now rather than the past or future. Coaches help others learn about themselves. Great coaches believe that individuals always know what's best for them, but understand that they may need a little help discovering the answer.  The value of mindfulness coaching is to teach individuals how to tame the inner bitch (inner voice) and allow their intuition to be their guide. 

In comparison, therapy is a process that focuses on resolving trauma or unresolved issues from the past, and will develop a treatment plan with the client.

Coaching works well in tandem with therapy or any other healing services.

One thing that coaches share with therapists is client confidentiality. Coaches agree to keep anything shared during a coaching session strictly confidential.
